Zak Wolff (Harry, Properties Designer) is beyond excited to be working with Middleton Players Theatre for a fifth season! He graduated from UW-Madison in 2020 and has been performing in the Madison area since. Previous MPT credits include Merrily We Roll Along (Charley Kringas), Avenue Q (Princeton), Big Fish (Will), Into the Woods (Jack), Lumberjacks in Love (Dirty Bob), and Musical of Musicals the Musical (Billy). Other Madison Credits: Four Seasons Theatre’s All is Calm, Company(David), The Hello Girls (Lt. Wessen); Edgewood’s Little Shop of Horrors (Seymour), and The Wedding Singer (Robbie Hart). Anthony Xiong (Ensemble) is thrilled to make his debut with Middleton Players Theater! His passion for performing was sparked when he joined UW-Madison's only Broadway-caliber touring ensemble, Wisconsin Singers, as an undergraduate. After graduating in the spring of 2025, Anthony took a year-long hiatus from performing/theater; he is looking forward to returning to the stage and bringing flair and pizazz everywhere he goes! When Anthony is not on stage, he likes to paint portraits, sing karaoke, and binge-watch either romantic comedies or horror movies (two complementary genres, by the way). Anthony is full of gratitude and thanks his partner, friends, and family for always filling him with love for the arts!
Matt Albrecht (Lighting Designer) is a Professional Lighting Designer and Associate Professor of Theatre at Millikin University. Matthew is a proud member and currently the Business Agent of IATSE Local 482 Stagehands. Mathew received his BA in Theatre from St. Mary's and his M.F.A from UW-Madison (GO Badgers). Matt has had the opportunity to work with theaters, amusement parks, and Cruise ships all over the globe. In the Midwest Matt has worked with Peninsula Players, The Hoogland Center, Middleton Players Theatre, Four Seasons Theatre, University Opera, Madison Theatre Guild, Strollers Theatre, Children’s theater of Madison, and Oregon Straw Hat Players. Currently, Matt spends his falls as a resident lighting designer for Worlds of Fun Amusement Park in Kansas City. He uses this opportunity to bring students as assistants to learn the art of Theme Park Design. As a professor, Matt developed a course with his colleague Jana called "Designing Disney" in which they bring students to WALT DISNEY WORLD to meet with Disney designers and Imagineers to learn the art of theme park design. In his spare time...which isn't much... Matt can be found enjoying the outdoors or spending time on the lake, at his cabin, or Walt Disney World. Matthew is thrilled to be working with such an amazing cast and creative team! Thank you Mom, Dad and Sari. back40boys! Enjoy the show!
Alissa Berman (Production Stage Manager) is excited to be returning for her 10th Season with Middleton Players. She has stage-managed countless of Middleton Players past shows. Highlights from her past work with MPT include Into The Woods (2025, SM), Merrily We Roll Along (2025, SM), Big Fish (2024, SM), Lumberjacks In Love (2024, SM), among many other productions since 2015. Alissa also works with Four Seasons Theatre and UW-Madison’s University Opera.

Taylor Marshall (Sound Designer) is the Head Audio Engineer at Pablo Center at the Confluence in Eau Claire, WI. He also works in various capacities with other venues and festivals across the midwest and beyond, including the Eaux Claires Festival and Boston Calling Music Festival. Previous sound design credits include University of Wisconsin - Madison's A Little Night Music, University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire’s Company, and Middleton Players Theatre’s Into The Woods.
