The first concepts of the choreography that became Libertango began echoing more than a decade ago. Since then, tango has transformed, shaped by a global pandemic and by my own evolution as a dancer, instructor, and performer.
Preludio exists because of the artists who approached it with rigor, discipline, and humor. My gratitude to the dancers and musicians whose commitment made this production possible, and whose continued growth makes this work worth pursuing.
