Emmett Whiteford
Director/Choreographer
Emmett Whiteford is a Freshman at Carterville High School and has a huge background in Musical Theater and film! Emmett started musical theater in 2018 as a Fox in Into the Woods, and since then has taken on big challenges like Mike Teavee in Willy Wonka, Winthrop Paroo in The Music Man, Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz, Ralphie in A Christmas Story, Nemo in Finding Nemo, Kassim in Aladdin, Escapologist in Matilda, and various dance roles in shows like Anything Goes, Hello Dolly, Guys and Dolls, and more. In addition, he has attented the National Youth Theater Experience 3 times and won titles such as All-Star (2x), as well as 1st place in Monologue (1x), 3rd Place in Song (2x), and more! For film, Emmett has starred in a comedic family short film entitled Lost in the Woods in 2024, and has been currently on the lookout for more film credits soon. He has worked so hard on everything inside this show, and hopes his hard work makes the kids shine bright onstage!

Greenlee Zelasko
Stage Manager
Greenlee Zelasko is 14 years old and is a Freshman at CHS. She has been involved in musical theater since 2022 when she performed in the ensemble of Beauty and the Beast, but her love for acting and performing started long before that when she began working at Sinister Acres Haunted Attractions, the haunted house owned by her very own family! Since she began musical theater, Greenlee has performed in lead roles such as Omar (Aladdin), Thing 1 (Seussical), Miss Gulch (The Wizard of Oz), Royal Page (Descendants), MiKayla Anderson (Breaking Free), and Breeze (Finding Nemo). She took on her biggest role yet last summer in Harmony as Bella Thompson, where she actually had to fill in the role with less than two weeks before showtime. In addition, Greenlee, along with Emmett, directed the past two Bear Productions shows, and she helped write Breaking Free and Free Throw. She also starred in Lost in the Woods, co-starring with Emmett. She hopes you enjoy the show!
