Annie Jr. - March 26 - March 27, 2026

Hollywood Schoolhouse

 End Notes

Notes from the Directors:

To our entire cast and crew, and to every person who helped bring this show to life, THANK YOU!

Annie has always been a show I felt this community would truly embrace. It carries so many emotions like joy, hope and resilience. As well as songs that stay with us long after the curtain closes. Having directed this show 20 years ago, I knew the time would come to bring it back, and this cast had all the ingredients to create something deeply meaningful while still capturing the high energy, and sparkle of 1930s New York City.

I am so incredibly proud of this cast and crew for the way you brought this story to life. Each year, our elementary performers take on the challenge of learning and creating a full production in just about 45 days, and every year, you rise to the occasion. As your director, I will always challenge you to rise to the character and the story and encourage you to stretch, to grow, and to discover your full potential. You continue to amaze me, and you truly WOW us all. Keep moving forward and always follow your dreams.

This production would not be possible without the unwavering support of our parents, teachers, staff, and administration. There are simply too many incredible people to name. A heartfelt thank you to our designers, coordinators, builders, choreographers, guest artists, and our amazing parent and teacher volunteers.  Whether you helped with snacks, tickets, props, donations, set building, painting, or anything in between, your love and dedication made this experience so special for our students.

It truly takes a village, and our village always creates magic.

With great appreciation,

Mr. Ray

Dear Cast,

Your enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn have brought Annie to life in the most wonderful way. Each of you has contributed something unique, and I am so proud of all that you have accomplished.

I have loved watching you grow—not only as performers, but as a team. I hope you enjoyed this time together as much as I have enjoyed being part of this experience with you.

Remember to have fun, support one another, and let your hard work shine on stage.

Break a leg!

Ms. NIchole
