Well well well… look who let a bunch of theatre kids take over the building.
Running a middle school is already a heroic task, but allowing musical theatre students to rehearse, sing, dance, and occasionally haunt the hallways after school? That takes real courage.
Your support gives these students a place to be creative, confident, and just the right amount of weird. Thank you for believing in the arts and for letting the strange and unusual magic of theatre live right here at Oakland Middle.
TO OUR INCREDIBLE PARENTS & FAMILIES
Let’s give a big round of applause to the real backstage crew.
You provide rides to rehearsal, fix costumes at the last minute, bring snacks, cheer the loudest, and somehow survive weeks of hearing the same songs on repeat.
Because of you, these students experience the magic of creating something together and discovering talents they never knew they had. Thank you for supporting their wonderfully weird theatre dreams.
