CHICAGO is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals.
This license does not permit the licensee to utilize any part of the direction, staging, choreography, script adaptation, design, advertising/marketing or other proprietary elements from previous productions of the play. This includes the production currentlyplaying on tour as well as on Broadway in New York City. The proprietary material of the Broadway/First Class touring production (including, without limitation, marketing materials, photographs, film clips, recordings of its production, logos, distinctive black-and-red color schemes) may not be used by licensees in connection with their production of the Play, including but not limited to in any and all marketing, supplemental materials.
